Certification
How do I get certification from NAAA?
To obtain certification, you must complete both Phase I (written exams) and Phase II (skills validation testing). Upon successful completion, you will receive your certification and be able to proudly display it to clients and employers.
What is Certification Maintenance, and how do I do it?
Certification Maintenance ensures that your knowledge and skills stay up to date with the latest industry trends. You can maintain your certification by attending training events, webinars, or by taking refresher courses. Refer to your member portal for detailed steps on maintaining your certification.
Transactions & Orders
How do I find past transactions, receipts, and open invoices?
Past transactions and invoices can be accessed through your member portal under the “Billing” or “Transaction History” section. You’ll be able to view and download receipts as needed.
How do I order more decals/patches/ID Badges?
To order additional decals, patches, or ID badges, simply log into your member portal and visit the “Store” or “Merchandise” section. From there, you can add items to your cart and complete the purchase.
How long do member packets or patch/decal/badge orders take to be mailed?
Orders for member packets, patches, decals, and badges are typically shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
